Improving the quality and impact of services that support customers' financial resilience

The Challenge

One Manchester’s customers face a range of challenges that limit their financial resilience, like universal credit, Brexit and stagnating wages. Housing associations have a huge role to play to tackle these challenges. Using a design lab structure, Shift will be partnering with One Manchester to identify service improvements, new products and potential partnerships that will strengthen their customers’ financial wellbeing.
