From 2009-2022, Tori was co-founder and Brand and Comms Director at Shift. She was fundamental in establishing Shift as a pioneer and expert in the social innovation space, has helped shaped Shift's strategic approach to design for social change and grown the design and innovation expertise of the organisation.
Tori was responsible for developing brands that appeal and communications strategies that engage our target users, drawing on her background in the advertising industry, where she won D&AD and other industry awards.
Tori is a faculty member of Year Here, has sat on the jury for both the RSA and D&AD Student Awards, been profiled in the book Design Transitions and her team has won Google Impact, Nesta New Radical, Webby, and Tech4Good awards.
Tori holds a BA in Classics from the University of Cambridge and a Postgraduate Diploma in Art Direction and Copywriting for Advertising. She enjoys growing vegetables and swimming in rivers.
