Profile

As Researcher within the Research and Evaluation team, Maia provides support across a number of Shift's projects. She brings both qualitative and quantitative research experience from roles in a range of third sector organisations including the RSA, Cordis Bright and Women's Aid. Most recently she worked on the global longitudinal cohort study Real Choices, Real Lives at Plan International UK.

Maia has an MSc in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies and a BA in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford.

Maia is a nature-lover and sometimes potter, happiest whilst hiking.
