After some years in Shift's commercial team, Kelly is now Head of Business Development at BFB Labs, a mental health tech spin-off that develops unparalleled digital therapeutics to support children and young people’s mental health.
Kelly focuses on ensuring financial sustainability whilst meeting the needs of customers and service users, creating financial value across products and services by identifying and engaging customer groups and partners, understanding the market landscape in which they operate, and building effective and sustainable business models that also expand impact.
Kelly joined Shift and BfB Labs having completed the On Purpose leadership programme after a stint in social investment at Big Society Capital. She brings experience of attracting investors from the private sector, having spent 14 years in financial services, advising European banks and insurance companies looking to raise capital from institutional bond investors globally. Kelly holds a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
She enjoys mentoring, helping people develop their self-belief, and can be found outdoors on occasion – preferably watching whales or up mountains in cold climates, despite having grown up in the tropics.
