Duncan is part of the commercial team at Shift, looking to create sustainable income generation across the sector by understanding the market landscape, developing commercial strategies and implementing effective business models for organisations. Duncan also leads on role design with Shift's partners, and is passionate about designing continuous learning approaches.
Duncan joins Shift after completing the On Purpose leadership programme. He brings commercial experience from the private sector, having worked with investment clients across Europe to source deals and build their network in new markets. In this role, he built and managed a team to research industries and businesses, speaking with senior industry leaders to identify new market opportunities and help refine investment hypotheses. He holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Exeter.
Duncan enjoys veggie cooking, travelling, and exploring new ways to not kill his plants.
